Scorpio Lowrider, who owns it?

on friday i was going in to town in bedford with my mate, he was driving, all was going well untill i saw a merc in green that looked familiar, then i nearly caused him to crash when i saw the scorpio behind it!

So the question is, whos car is it??????

i think tom sold it "sans air" and has since been re-bagged
was at bugjam, but not sure who was driving it..

its defo been sold on I did pm tom and then found the post saying it was sold seconds later!
