2 batterys - split charge?
« on: August 19, 2008, 11:13:10 AM »
im running 2 batterys in my car, one front and one at the back.

the back one just runs the air pumps for my system,

i have just purchased a brand new battery for the front of my car, and at the moment my batterys are wired together in parralell, would it be better if i used a split charge system to stop the back battery taking some power out of the front one?

im new to this, any ideas and information would be greatly appreciated, also a reccomnded split charge system :)

if you have a problem with the air system battery going flat and flattening the main batt, then, yes fit a split cnarge kit [a standard one from a car shop/Halfrauds/whatever]
if there is no problem then do nothing............................. :)
