Lowering a G-body
« on: May 03, 2009, 12:53:02 PM »
Hey Guys

Hope you are all good. I've not been on here for ages.

I've been enjoying the Cutlass recently but enough is enough, its got to come down  8)

What's the easiest way to lower it?

The front coils can be cut a bit without too much trouble but what can I do with the rear?
Can I substitute some springs off something else? Ideally I don't want to have to modify the spring mounts, but I guess I may have to.

I'm sure one of you guys has done this before. Any good ideas?

Cheers

Stu

I've got a set of 2" drop spindles, that will lower the front straight away, without need to cut springs or compromising ride quality.

£90, plus postage. They are heavy, so collection would be better.
