i,ve got manual lock offs.
download this

http://www.relatedfluidpower.co.uk/PDF/Inline%20valves.pdf

look for "Two-Way Two Position, Normally Closed"

the size you want is "PB-S2A"
the graphic will tell any supplier what you want from their range but try Related first [they only supply trade but you can try "i need 4 to test a new idea on our cars"].
you want 12v coils with them.

Parker accumulators

Code: [Select]

f26710237ad1ca/?vgnextoid=fcc9b5bbec622110VgnVCM10000032a71dacRCRD&vgnextfmt=
default&vgnextdiv=&vgnextcatid=3171&vgnextcat=HYDRAULIC DIAPHRAGM ACCUMULATORS&Wtky=ACCUMULATORS
you want .33 ltr charged to 40bar as a starting point.

Iain, are the "pb-s2C Two way Two position Normally OPEN" what we'd call dump valves?

no, the s2a are.
they come in a three port block................ the two oposing ports just flow past the valve [from pump to cyl] the third port [oposite the coil] is the one that flows through the valve, flowing into the valve is always free flow, flowing out of the valve is only open under voltage.
these are actually Delta valves as prohopper ect supply

It all makes sense now, I should have worked that out for myself :embarrassed:

Thanks Iain

:)
you can use a standard block [which is two port] by running the valve off a tee. In fact with high flow systems it is better not to push the flow around the valve anyway

The ones you want are here
10986601125 Diaphragm Accumulator, 0.32 Litres, 210 Bar

Make sure it's BSP thread (mine were but it's best to check), charged to 40 bar.
If you buy straight off their website, you get charged a tenner EACH for shipping so it's best to e-mail/call them first

They are exactly the same as Iain used on my BM, Rayo's Benz, Lovol2 etc. :)
