Titanium blocks - job lot with brackets and springs
« on: December 08, 2009, 09:17:11 PM »
I keep finding stuff in my barn...

Chops was selling these for £25 each. There are three new ones and 2 used (plenty of life left) with spring loaded drag brackets. One of them is a bit damaged (easy enough to fix) as it got ripped off over a man-hole cover. If the block had been solidly mounted, it would have made quite a mess of the car, so I can advise using blocks on floating arms! There are also 2 spare springs (lorry valve springs?)

This lot will give you many hours of tomfoolery  8)

Bargain at £60 for the lot inc. delivery...

I still sell them :)

I always thought you'd made the best use of them with the sprung mount, I can remember Fil wrecking the spare wheel carrier on his Monte after solid mounting a block on it ::) :)
