Selling my Mercedes Benz 420se (4.2l V8 auto) due to circumstances regarding the mortgage (gutted!), comes with all the refinements you expect from an se, I.e. full leather, full electrics, air con (needs a re-gas), electric rear blind, 80's car phone (not plugged in!), heated seats, etc.
Only mods are cut coils (still rolls like a factory car), 18" AMG copies, center boxes removed (sounds amazing!!!), clear front indicators/side repeaters and wind deflectors on front windows.
Ive had the car for best part of two years now, and during my ownership she's had new front and rear bumper chrome (hens teeth!), starter motor, valve stem oil seals, both front wings rust repaired, new rear tyres, front brake pads plus a battery and some other small bits.
Only real mechanical fault is the ABS which plays up the first few times you hit the brakes, drivers side window is touchy (i assume it needs a regulator/switch), theres still a few patches of surface rust I never got round to having repaired but nothing serious.
Overall the car has been loved by me and its previous owners and I regret having to sell her, she has always been used regularly, wether around town or long distance to shows during my ownership. She starts first time everytime and runs well considering the age and mileage and has always been kept safe in a locked yard where I work.
