switch box wiring diagram
« on: April 06, 2010, 09:54:53 PM »
Hi All
Can anyone help with drawing up wiring diagram
this is how i've got it wired at the moment

but i'd like a diagram to wire it for front, back, side to side
1 switch for both front dumps,1 switch for both rear dumps,1 switch for both left hand dumps  and 1 switch for both right hand dumps. i also want to have individual switches or just dump buttons for each dump.So 8 switches in total
thanks  Damien

 :) :)

are you sure they are dumps [dumps only seal flow one way]?
more likely to be normally closed spool  valves.. do you have a dumo on your pump ?

so if I move the Front Left switch toggle so that volts go to the poles with green and yellow wires it sends volts to the solenoid [powers the pump] and the front left dump [I think you mean "valve", opens the path to the front left ram] .......... so up goes the front left corner.

BUT, follow your circuit and look what else the yellow wire is connected to.................... all four "dumps", so everything will go up at the same time.

Down is the same.

You cant use lock valves or manifolds and get separate moves without having diodes in your switch circuits or using 12 prong switches.

Dont get me wrong here or think im having a go please!!

But the yellow wire goes to the " front , front left, and left side " ? Your probaly right fatdaddy  aso youve done it 1 million times more than me.. i cant see how its leading to all 4 dumps
