Feed the sols/pumps from the other live terminals (in the middle) and your sorted. As Iain said, it's 12v at the moment

what sols are you using ?
How many and how are they coupled ?
how are they and the pumps earthed?
what volts on your switching circuit ?
what size battery cable are you using ?

right type , good starting point :)

how many per pump ?
are they and the pump ALL mounted to the rack on CLEAN solid earthing points ?
what size is the welding cable ?

you should be switching at 24v for reliability.

burning sols and your other slow running topic could both point to incorrect cable sizes, low switch volyage and/or poor earths.

or poor switch control.

lets have some good pics of the wiring install

Also it could be caused by low/duff batteries.
My BM used to eat sols regularly until i put a new set of batts in, now it's one or two a year instead of a few each month

2 Sols Per Pump

Yes the pumps and soleniods are all on clean earths i made sure of this before i started as chops couldnt strss enough about  8)

the size cable im using is 8mm

i wasnt quite sure what voltage to run my switch at but ill try it naw at 24v  ;D

Im no expert on the switch but i never hold the switch its only a tap or a flick also stressted by chops  8)

Ill get some picutres up tommorow on how its install

when tested the batteries we 23.9v is that to low?

hopefully i can bug chops and steel some new sols off him soon :D
