if it is a scooby doo, (turbo)personally wouldn't recommend fitting hydraulics to high performance cars as it could compromise handling.
if it is a scooby don't (non turbo) not done one, not heard of one being done.
there are plenty of cars that do suit hydros, you just gotta find the one that suits what you want it to do.  8)

Anyone got any pics of the scooby??? It would be a turbo, no point in having a Scoob without... I have a turbo wagon ATM

How bad does handling get with Hydrolics?

When you say the dude was busting it... what does busting it mean?

Is there a list of cars anywhere that can be done?

I have a big LWB frontera ATM and will be selling it soon cheap.

I want another car now with a bit of poke, doesn't have to be another scoob.

What about a BMW E39 shape 5 series? or a E38 7 series? or even a E36 3 series?
I just wouldn't want to go too old.

thanks :)

to bust a car is to dismantle and sell or use for parts.

Anything is posible but as tom says anything were the shock goes threw the spring is more dificult and three and five series BM's have the ride screwed up.

but......... i had contact a couple of years ago with a MAJOR OEM suspension house who have developed a "sport" air suspension system aimed at high perfornmance stuff [M5 etc] realy just to give a bit more drop for high speed handling.
Thye have seen the market that could be there for a "half way system" between that and "our" type of system. Derrie's backer has a meeting with them shortly so that may be another "watch this space"
