VIVA!!! my mate use to have one/couldn't think what it was-i love that car!! it had a wicked 3 wheel. anyone got pics of that car? white/chrome front arms?-can't see in the vid. i love it :D

i think the front suspension was just painted silver, does look cool as tho don't it?

found some old cine film from Santa Pod. will put it up in chuncks. I reckon it was '73 but havnt checked........ it was the year that G Don Garlits/Tom Critsenson[HogSlayer]/? Johnsonn [twin engined fueled Harley]/Crane & Edmondson/Chadderton & Ozaki all came over for the Main Event.
Dubious quality as i just filmed it as it played on the wall   ::).
Also found my old Lordz tapes so will get them converted sometime, mostly early stuff.

update................. from  reading old Drag Racer, it was sept '75.

Pics taken around '71/'75 ................
 Sorry about quality......not vids ,but good nostalgia!
  slammin Sammy Millers first uk 4 sec pass I believe...I fell of the step ladder I was standing on as I took this pic ! the Crowd went momentarily silent as Slammin Sammy went thro the top end!AWESOME!!I still get a tingle in my spine as I think about this car!

  The next two pics at Silverstone ,or Snetterton ,cant remember!.......

Think this went on to be "Dorset Horn" (oo   er!)
 


The Awesome Als Gasser ,and Als hauler (Pilot)

New 'glass body on Stripteaser,seen here wheelying away!

Early steel bodied strip teaser,with promotional t shirt sales.......BTW saw a sign at the pit area of a car selling promotional stuff last year "the more you buy the faster we go" ..how true!
 


The Stones ,Tee Rat ,one of the first good looking Altereds..........Think that may be Hemi Hunter to the right..........
 
 At the end of the pits ,at the Pod ,by the finish line area ,there was a set of rollers which cars used to warm up their engines ,or test run them .Heres Stripteaser having its body replaced after a run on said rollers. The blue horizontal bar at bottom of pic is the door top from my company Hillman Imp reps car!! Oh happy days!!!!

Mr Torquer l/h lane ..Heavy London burning out ...Love the Vauxhall Victor Ambulance on the Right!

Firefly ,driven by the late Bootsie Herridge,think he was the only driverthat could make this thing sing!Lovely sculptured body!! (Car not him )lol

 Think this is Commuter ,but not sure ,looks a bit stubby in length .Love the push car . Oh yes ,they used the tow barge as the push car back then ! Quick addition of a board bolted to front bumperto push the usually 't' shaped bar protruding from the rear of the Dragster. Some rails removed the bar after firing up ,some ran with bar in place !The era of the front engined Diggers! Luverly !!!

The beautiful Stagecoach comes round to the bleach box ,dont know the identity of the car it is paired with............
